Steve Rozenberg of Empire Industries shares how they help their investor clients get wealthy.
We all want to be wealthy
We all want to learn how to create that wealth not only for us but also for our children all while creating a legacy. As an investor myself, I want to be able to have that safety and security so when I’m in my golden years, I have that money.
Sitting down with a client, creating a strategy based on his/her goals, and seeing how well it works is what I love doing. A lot of times, people would ask me if this is a good deal, and I would answer them I don’t know because I don’t know what their goal is. I need to know what their goal is and I need to know the end game to see what strategy is going to get them there.
I sit down, talk with clients and help them come up
with a strategy to get them to that wealth goal.
Some persons’ wealth could be a million, some could be ten million — it changes with everybody. The types of properties and the types of investments you make are all part of that. What’s important is you know the difference between being a landlord and being an investor.
A landlord is someone who wants to deal with himself and wants to do everything on his own. On the other hand, an investor is someone who uses a team, has a team concept, and utilizes the leverage of the team to help him make a decision based on the information given. That to me is how investors are successful and they can do this for a long time.
Owning and managing multiple investment properties is another story. In this case, property management becomes a much more challenging task and requires much more time and energy from a real estate investor. Therefore, if you’re investing in multiple investment properties, you really don’t have a choice but to hire professional property management! – Mashvisor
