Ross Gilbert, Director of Sales
Ross Gilbert possesses a multitude of skills when it comes to sales in general. In fact, he started his first business when he was only 15 years old. He continued his early career with two more start-ups before eventually getting into Retail Management. As the market began to shift, his cousin and mentor encouraged him to pursue Real Estate with him in Virginia.
Ross began his career in real estate in 2011 in Virginia where he helped grow the start up company’s inventory of managed homes from 50 to over 650 in under six years. During this time, Ross was instrumental in the development of all aspects of the company. He was responsible for Market Research, Sales Development as well as Sales Management. He had the opportunity to mentor and manage all new Sales hires, coming into the company.
